100 BRACHOS MUST BE SAID ON SHABBOS It is traditional to recite 100 Brachos each day. Each weekday Shemoneh Esrei has nineteen Brachos. Since the Shabbos Shemoneh Esrei has only seven brachos, we make up the missing ones at the extra meal and by eating special Shabbos snacks.
