PRAYER OF ACCEPTING THE SHABBOS FRIDAY NIGHT

Special prayers are said or sung on Friday night welcoming the Shabbos. We thank Hashem Who created the wonderful world in six days, and taught us by His example to rest on this beautiful, peaceful and happy day! The Shul is treated as a House of Hashem, where we concentrate on praying and do not talk unnecessarily.
