Act with
humility and be embarrassed to do something wrong
in front of anyone

"May it be that you fear Heaven
as [much as] you fear man." (Brachos 28B)
This is the blessing that Rabbi Yochanon Ben
Zakkai gave to his students. When they asked him
why he gave them such a strange blessing, he
answered, "May it be Hashem's will, that you
should have that much fear of Hashem..."
Even if a man does not understand how bad it is
to sin in front of Hashem, at least he is
emabarrassed to do so in front of people. R'
Yochonon gave his students a brocho, that they
should be as embarrassed to sin in front of
Hashem, as they are to sin in front of people.
