And at ALL times

" at all times..." At all times and in all situations a person must try to speak gently. There are different times in a persons life. Some are times of happiness, some are times of sadness. It is easier for a person to speak pleasantly , when he is relaxed and happy. However when he has something troubling him and he is tense, then, it is not easy to speak pleasantly. At times like those , a person has to be more careful to be sure to continue to speak to everyone in a soft and gentle way.
